Sync problem / Changes lost

maps are not synced sometimes - sometimes when long time iddle, sometimes just after short while. No error message visible, no warning sign. (some times appears on the left bottom corner warning, but definitely not always.) yesterday I've lost quite important new part of the map due to that. Can you check it, + add permanent sign of syncing or clear sign (warning) of not syncing?

It looks like the problem is triggered, when a freshly created connection (arrow) is labeled with a text. A fix for this is on the way. In the meantime: Please refresh once after creating new connections before adding text to them!

We have a test release running on test.infinitymaps.io/ that contains what hopefully is a fix fur this issue. It uses the same database (same maps) as the main app. You can use this to test, if this already works better for you.
Be careful though: These are your actual maps, not copies of them and this version is not thoroughly tested yet, although it should work fine - we also use it.
DO NOT USE THE SAME MAP on test- and app- SIMULTANEOUSLY. If you want to be on the safe side, you should make a backup of your map before, by exporting it via the download-icon (cloud and arrow on the top right).

hey, this bug is also annoying me a lot. all the time it says sth. like "changes could not be saved" ... happens around every third edit in chrome (while having a very stable lan internet connection)

Rado, can you give us some detail:
- did you work on that map together with someone else when it happened?
- did your internet connection appear stable otherwise?
- did you refresh from time to time during the session (e.g. because of the red error messages)?
- do you remember, what the red warnings said? There are several different ones...
- was there anything else unusual around that?
We are still trying to figure out what causes this effect.

Hi Rado, we recently noticed that this sometimes happens and we are working on it to understand what is happening there.
One thing that you can try: Export your Map (from the ☰ - Menu, top right) and import it as a new map (to the left on home app.infinitymaps.io/maps/ ).
Please report back if it helped. This has helped to retrieve the content that seemed to be lost in another similar case.

thank you for the response and suggestions.
Now I do not want get back those particular lost data to the map, because I have already entered the missing data manually (from videorecording of that online meeting (I had good luck that it was recorded)). I assume duplicities may occur if imported - if I understand you correctly.
To your previous questions:

But there is some incorrect behaviour I`ve noticed:
Sometimes it is not possible to delete connections between objects . They appear they were not deleted, but after refresh, they disapper.
Sometipes the dynamic toolbar is not displayed (connection, colour....that menu on the top of the selected "square"). Helps when pressed ESC and than focused back, but it is annoying.
Shell I be worried, that after map import, those "lost" data will appear? (There can be planty of it at it can make chaos to the map.)
For me - and I belive it is basic reqirement for the knowledgebase instrument at all - is important not to lost the data from the map. I dont know what is possible, but would not it be possible for example to make the error messages displayed during the whole duration of the problem, not just flash and disappear?
