Please allow me to transclude aliases of cards in other cards. In order to allow for non-hierarchical structures it's important that I can place the same card in multiple places.
One example is wireframes, where I'd wanna use the same components (e.g. a header) in multiple pages and changing it in one place should change it everywhere.

We are still unsure how to name this. Some suggested names are:
Alisaes, Synced Cards, References, Transclusions, Equivalents, Replications, Clones, Twins and Mirrors.
What names would you find easy to understand for this feature? (Where two ore more cards are connected in a way, that all contents, children, layout etc. are synchronised so that they alway look the same.)

Es wäre schön, wenn man Karten an anderer Stelle replizieren könnte. Ändere ich ein Replikat, ändert sich das andere Replikat automatisch auch.

I would be an awesome feature to create a twin of a card which can be embedded within other cards. Any change in one of the twin cards would result in a change in the other card too.

Users of the original iMapping Tool know these as "Equivalents". We have planned to implement aliases, but not in the near future. Vote here if you need them.

Sometimes, instead of making copies of cards, what I need is more like an alias (like in file systems): An Alias of a card would have the same content (Text and Children) as the original, and it would always mirror the actual state of the original. So when changes are made in the original they would be reflected in all aliases.

Hi Njyo,
a topic / concept which we already discussed 2-3 times internally. (This idea comes up every now and then) Unfortunately we never came to a completely conclusive concept which is compatible with all our Infinity base decisions, till now.
Would you be interested in have zoom call and formulating how you have imagined this could work?
(Because in general we are big fans of this idea - and would love to realize it).

That is planned for the future, but currently not very near (unless upvoted a lot ;).
And thanks for the Naming. I linke the term "Twins". We were discussing about "Clones" and "Mirrors" so far. Any more Suggestions? Which one would you think is easies to understand?
