Availability of versioning

I just had a detailed look at the Kanban example and really liked the intuitive and easy handling.
When working with bigger teams the question of versioning becomes of importance in the Kanban. Is there some background available regarding how the versioning is done when working simultaneous on a map and if features for creating checkpoints for versions are planned in the future?

While our backend does save all singe changes, the current version of the app only allows every user to undo the changes made during the actual session.
You (currently) can not undo changes of other users.
Also, you cannot see / browse the history other than undo/redo.
Future plans are not very concrete yet but include ideas of having a full list of changes incl. their authors, seeing what has changed since last visit, undoing single actions without undoing all others etc.
